OFFLINE PAYMENTS
We accept payments by means of bank deposit, interbank transfer, payment at OXXO and at any store that accepts cash deposits, at the end of your purchase choose the OFFLINE payment method and the page will show you the data to make your payment, it will also be sent the same information to the email with which you registered in our store.

You have 48 business hours to report your proof of payment, after this time our system will cancel the order.
If when making a purchase you choose the OFFLINE payment method, a PRESALE so if we only have one piece of the products you chose and you enter another order with PayPal payment method, the system will assign the product to the paid order. We ask you to take this point into account and in case of paying offline, report your payment as soon as possible to avoid being left without the articles what do you want.

ABOUT SHIPMENTS

The delivery time runs from the day after you receive the order confirmation dispatched through your email.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email. electronic with the tracking data of the shipping method that you have chosen one. Mishu Scrap is not responsible for loss or damage to the package caused by the courier, we will gladly support you to file a complaint in this regard with the parcel you have chosen, however it is impossible for us to carry out some type of return or compensation since once your package has left our facilities we have no control over it
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you decide to cancel your purchase, you have 24 business hours to notify us via text message to the number: +52 5561221140 or by email as a response via email to the same confirmation email of your purchase.
We prepare the orders the next day, so once your order is deposited in the parcel, NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED.
When issuing the cancellation of your purchase, you will be sent a notification via email to the same address with which you registered on our site and we will proceed to apply the refund.
MISHU SCRAP does not make returns once the product has left our facilities or once the product has been received or for damages or losses caused by the parcel.
